Prince Alwaleed & KHC Increase their Investment in Twitter Prince Alwaleed & KHC Combined Investment in Twitter is Above 5% with Market Value of $1 Billion

HRH Prince Alwaleed Bin Talal Bin Abdulaziz Alsaud and Kingdom Holding Company (KHC), chaired by HRH, have increased their ownership in Twitter, Inc., in the past six weeks to a total of 34,948,975 shares, representing more than 5% of Twitter’s common stock with a market value of $1 billion. This combined investment makes Prince Alwaleed and #KHC the second largest shareholders in Twitter.

As disclosed in filings with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, HRH Prince Alwaleed holds 30,100,078 shares and KHC holds 4,848,897 #Twitter shares. The current ownership includes Twitter shares bought by HRH Prince Alwaleed and KHC in 2011 prior to the company’s IPO.
