HRH Prince Alwaleed Bin Talal Bin Abdulaziz Alsaud, Chairman of Rotana Holding, chaired Rotana's Board of Directors meeting.
The meeting was attended by Dr. Walid Arab Hashem, Vice Chairman, Mr. Fahad Alsukait, CEO Rotana Holding and Ms. Nada Alsugair, Board Member and Executive Director, Finance and Administration, HRH's Private Office. The Board members and representatives from 21 Century Fox were Mr. Gary Davey, Executive Vice President, Programming, Sky Deutschland and Ms. Charlotte Burr, SVP Corporate and Development, Asia and Middle East, 21 Century Fox.
In addition Mr. Turki Alshabanah, President of Rotana TV Channels, Mr. Nezar Nagro, President of Rotana Media Services, Mr. John Ireland, CFO Rotana Holding, and Mr. Marcus Handley, General Counsel Rotana Holding, Dr. Nahla Nasser Alanbar, Private Executive Assistant to HRH the chairman and Mr. Fahad Bin Saad Bin Nafel, Executive Assistant to HRH the chairman also attended.
During the meeting, the board members discussed Rotana’s achievements and commended the Rotana Group for these achievements. Moreover, the board reviewed and discussed the 2014 strategic plans, the operating and financial budget and discussed latest developments.
