Prince Alwaleed Meets Leaders of Prominent Companies on US Business Trip

KHC’s Chairman Meetings to Further Strengthen Business Ties & Explore Potential Investment Opportunities 

HRH Prince Alwaleed Bin Talal Bin Abdulaziz Alsaud, Chairman of Kingdom Holding Company (KHC) was on a trip to the United States of America, conducting business meetings with CEOs and chairmen of prominent international companies in which KHC is a major investor in most of them. Moreover, Prince Alwaleed was accompanied by a delegation from Kingdom Holding Company. 


HRH held meetings with:

Mr. Isadore Sharp, Founder and Chairman of Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts

Ms. Kathy Taylor, President and CEO Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts

Mr. William Fatt, CEO of Fairmont Hotels and Resorts

Mr. Eric Schmidt, Executive Chairman of Google

Mr. Andy Lack, CEO, Bloomberg

Mr. Steve Sadov, Chairman and CEO, Saks Inc.

Mr. Sandy Weill, Former Chairman of Citigroup

During Prince Alwaleed’s trip His Highness met with Mr. Isadore Sharp, Chairman and CEO of Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts to discuss the latest updates at the company. Kingdom Holding Company holds a 47.5% stake in the Four Seasons which is co-owned by Bill Gates’ Cascade with a 47.5% stake, and 5% is owned by Mr. Isadore Sharp. Also the Prince discussed his investments and the current status of the global economy

Also, Prince Alwaleed met with Mr. William Fatt, Fairmont’s CEO to discuss the latest developments at Fairmont. In 2006 Kingdom and Colony completed a $5.5 billion acquisition of Fairmont Hotels & Resorts which was combined with the Raffles Hotels Group.
