Prince Alwaleed Receives Polish PM Donald Tusk

HRH Prince Alwaleed Bin Talal Bin Abdulaziz Alsaud, Chairman of Kingdom Holding Company (KHC), received at his office in Riyadh on Tuesday 24th April 2012, HE Mr. Donald Tusk, Polish Prime Minister and an accompanying delegation. The Polish delegation included Mr. Tomasz Arabski, Chief of Chancery of Prime Minister, Mr. Mikołaj Budzanowski, Minister of Treasury, Mr. Tomasz Siemoniak, Minister of National Defense and HE Mr. Witold Śmidowski, Ambassador of #Poland to Saudi Arabia.

The meeting was also attended by Ms. Heba Fatani, Senior Executive Manager, Corporate Communications Department, Dr. Samir Anabtawi, Academic Advisor and Dr. Nahla Alanbar, Private Executive Assistant to HRH the Chairman.

The meeting began as Prince Alwaleed and Mr. Tusk discussed the economic relations between their respective countries and the efforts made by both countries to maintain it, mentioning the historic visit of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Abdullah Bin Abdulaziz Alsaud to Poland. The two also discussed current global issues.

In 2009, the Prince received at his office in Riyadh, HE Mr. Miroslaw Drzewiecki, Minister of Sports and Tourism in Poland.

In 2008, Prince Alwaleed received a Polish delegation headed by HE Mr. Aleksander Grad, Polish Minister of Treasury. In the same year, HRH received another Polish Delegation headed by Mr. Bogdan Borusewicz, Speaker of the Senate of the Republic of Poland.

Prince Alwaleed’s investments through KHC are via Citigroup in the financial sector.
